Clinical autonomy & support
Manage your own caseload with the support of an experienced OT director
Time allocated for assessments, report writing, and professional reasoning
Complex and varied caseloads including NDIS functional assessments, home modifications, equipment prescription, and driving assessments (training provided if required)

Who We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist (or soon to be!)
Passionate about community-based and functional practice
Skilled in report writing and clinical reasoning (or keen to develop this)
Experienced with NDIS clients (preferred but not essential)
New graduates with strong foundations and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply. We would be happy to support you grow!
