Our Team
Olivia
Director / Occupational Therapist
Driver Trained Occupational Therapist
Olivia is a registered Occupational Therapist and Qualified Occupational Therapy Driving Assessor, providing Occupational Therapy services from Port Macquarie through to Nambucca Heads.
She founded East Coast Occupational Therapy in 2022 after working in a small private practice following graduation, primarily supporting NDIS participants alongside DVA and My Aged Care clients. Stepping into the (slightly terrifying) world of small business has been a huge learning curve—one that continues as Olivia balances client care, business ownership, and work–life balance (still a work in progress!).
In December 2023, Olivia welcomed her beautiful baby girl, who keeps her busy whenever she’s not behind a screen writing reports. In 2026, Olivia and her husband are setting off to travel around Australia while continuing to work along the way—an exciting new chapter combining family, flexibility, and adventure.
When she’s not working, Olivia loves spending time with her family, planning their next adventure, and growing a practice that supports people to live safely, confidently, and independently.
Lindsay
Occupational Therapist
Lindsay is a registered Occupational Therapist servicing the Taree to Coffs Harbour region. Since joining East Coast OT in mid-2025, she has developed a strong interest in aged care, equipment prescription, and home modifications. She is also passionate about neurorehabilitation and cognitive support to help clients regain skills for daily living. Originally from the Gold Coast, Lindsay spent a few gap years exploring life, which included moving to London. She then returned to complete her Occupational Therapy degree. After graduation, she made Port Macquarie home and has loved being part of the community ever since.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Lindsay chasing sunshine at the beach with her puppy Wesley, enjoying a wine with friends, or planning her next adventure somewhere new.
Alyssa
Administrative Assistant
Alyssa is the backbone of East Coast Occupational Therapy, working behind the scenes to keep systems running smoothly and to make day-to-day operations easier for both our team and our clients.
Having grown up on the Mid North Coast, Alyssa began her career in health while working at Port Macquarie Base Hospital, where a strong interest in healthcare and allied health developed. With an understanding of how vast and complex the Australian healthcare system can be, Alyssa takes pride in helping clients navigate processes and ensuring our Occupational Therapists are well supported in their roles.
Alyssa is passionate about creating efficient systems, staying organised, and providing calm, reliable support — allowing our clinicians to focus on delivering high-quality, client-centred care.
Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys spending time with family and friends, eating good food, and spoiling her much-loved fur baby.
